Wholesale Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available to businesses, boutiques, and resellers with a valid resale license or tax ID (where applicable).

2. Minimum Order Requirements

• Opening Order Minimum: $100

• Reorder Minimum: $100

3. Pricing

• All prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice.

• Prices do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes.

4. Payment

• Payment is due in full at the time of order.

• Accepted payment methods: [Credit Card, PayPal, ACH, etc.]

• We do not offer net terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Shipping

• Orders ship via [UPS/FedEx/USPS] unless otherwise requested.

• Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

6. Damages & Defects

• Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.

• Notify us of any damages or defects within 7 business days with photos.

• Returns on damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced or credited at our discretion.

7. Returns & Exchanges

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders unless items are defective.

• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

8. Order Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

• Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.

9. Use of Brand

• Wholesale buyers may not resell our products on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Etsy) without prior written approval.

• All marketing materials using our brand name or images must be approved.

10. Agreement

Placing a wholesale order constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions.
